This is your all-in-one backup for all your Microsoft 365 data: Emails, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive. Everything backed up automatically with a cloud-to-cloud system, meaning your broadband isn’t used for this at all. This is an “all you can eat” service and it has permanent retention policies going back for as long as you need them.

- Backup jobs run 3 times per day ensuring versioning is kept to a maximum
- Retention policy as follows:
- 3X daily backups are retained for 30 days
- Dailies are kept after 30 days
- Weeklies are kept after 90 days
- Monthly backups are kept after a year, then stored for selected retention period
- Charged per user per month
- Invoiced monthly with a 12 month commitment
- Licence count can be increased mid term to be coterminous with overall contract
- Licence count can only be decreased at renewal
- Licence required for each user with M365 access
