Inforgen stock management processes allow you to manage and track your stock movements with ease. This includes your available, reserved, allocated and stock on order. Inforgen provides you with all the critical stock information to allow you to make the right decisions to run your business.

Our warehouse order management screen gives your warehouse team the information they need to pick and pack orders at the right time to meet your customer's expected delivery date. Using our picklist wizard tool, users can either pick single or many orders in one go. If the item isn’t in stock, a purchase order can be raised to fulfil that order or orders.

Inforgen mobile pick/pack is also available as a Windows mobile app, allowing your warehouse team to pick, pack and despatch, quickly and accurately. Customers who have implemented our mobile pick/pack solution have seen a massive improvement in mis-picked items and a huge increase in despatch efficiency.

Inforgen is currently integrated with Royal Mail, Parcel Force & DPD. Our integration allows your packers to seamlessly print labels either from their PC or mobile device.

For companies with larger warehouses we understand that it’s vital warehouse pickers pick stock accurately and efficiently. Our location management tool allows you to configure a picking route around your warehouse that ensures they are picking in an optimal manner.

Bulk raise purchase orders or drop ship purchase orders for items that you don’t have in stock. Stock is then linked and allocated to that sales order on arrival to your warehouse, or on delivery to the customer if shipped direct.

Build a delivery algorithm that is calculated based on the weight or the price of goods on orders. Configure delivery exceptions for those parts of the country that are difficult to reach and non-working for where there aren’t courier collections/deliveries.
