If all you need is to get your Electric boiler up and running again, we offer a one-off repair payment option of £350 which includes the call out charge and the cost of any parts – and you’ll still benefit from the expertise of our engineers.

A one-off repair may not always work out cheaper if you experience further problems with your boiler.

Repair & Protect Plan

• Approved repairs for the life of the plan
• No labour charges, call out charges or additional charges for parts

We offer repair and protect plans from £11.99 per month for 24 months.  If your boiler isn’t working, you will be required to pay an initial fee of £150 for us to come and fix your boiler (which includes parts and labour) and sign up for our 24 month repair and protect plan.  There’s the option to pay the repair and protect plan monthly, in addition to the option of making full payment in advance.  So, you could get your boiler up and running for around £160 with assurance that any further breakdowns are covered by your monthly plan payments!

If our expert engineer can’t fix your initial fault, we’ll get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Plus, the repair and protect package gives you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that if your boiler breaks down again, we’ll be there to help at no extra cost for approved repairs for the duration of the plan.
